David - I thought that I'd posted here about my terrible experience trying to install and use the most recent (version 6.8) drivers from ATI for my Radeon X800 SE video card, but I posted that warning to several lists and honestly can't remember if this list was one, although I think it was. Basically, after installation of these drivers, each time you reloaded JAWS, the JAWS error message stating that video support was not installed would pop up, even though JAWS was actually loaded. I warned people who might be inclined to install the ATI Catalyst drivers version 6.8 not to do so and this new JAWSVid supposedly corrects this problem. I haven't yet tried to re-install that level of the ATI Catalyst drivers, but will probably do so later today and will report my experience here.
