There is no change here either since installing it.  Too bad because my only 
real issue with 7.1 is the focus problem in outlook express after opening an 
email.  Other than that it seems to be working fine, much better than when it 
came out of the box.

No, it doesn't appear to. You can try installing it to see, but I've noticed 
no difference since installing it here.
