Hello all, When I'm in a program such as Outlook Express or My Documents and I press alt tab to see if there are any other applications open, my menu bar file comes up. Why is this? And what can I do the rectify this problem?
The only way I can get out of it besides hitting the alt key, is to press alt tab and that will take me back to whatever program I was in prior to my pressing alt tab the first time.
