Debbie - If you look on the FS web site in the section where JAWS is discussed and the various supported operating systems are listed, I don't believe you'll find that your edition of Windows is officially supported _at all_ by JAWS. The party line, so far as I've been able to determine, is that it "should" work with JAWS 7.10, but I don't think that official support is really planned until 8.0 comes out, whenever that will be. I frankly don't think that talking to FS will do you much good.
