Please i need your assistance urgently.
we just concluded migration and Go-Live of a subsidiary of a bank in another
contry on Saturday 20091128. Users from the subsidiary were able to sign
into the system from their country and posted transactions on sunday
20091129, but on Monday once the Head office signed into T24, the subsidiary
especially Tellers could not sign in, they keep getting the error msg Till
Not Open.
We noticed that once the users at the Head Office sign out of T24 in the
evening, the subsidiary users are able to sign in and work efficiently.
Both Head office and subsidiary are using the same server.

Please i need your help on this.
