Yes AIX compiled Sources wont work in HP-UX server. Better build your new R7 environment on top of HP-UX R7 model bank.
In your earlier mails you have given that you have installed R07.006.AIX5l.jbc505.temp. release.tar.gz and JBase5.0.0. Ensure these two are HP-UX compatible.
