Dear, If you have already migrated the bnk.data then check the below,
it seems CACHE.READ is pointed correctly, but where as it is trying to read some parameter file record which might have got corrupted. and also from the error message we can see it is trying to read some COMPANY related file so check the check the company related files with jstat if any thing got corrupted salvage the same and then try. Hope this solves your issue.
