We have configured the .profil under bnk.run. Strange enough that it does not give the same rror anymore. I diont'know what was the cause of that..
Regardign the recompiliation of our loal routines, we have noticed that all subroutines have been compiled and working, but programs not. Can not get jshow information for programs.... The compilation gives an warning message saying that "Warning: Hard ulimit has been reduced to less than RLIM_INFINITY" This is our new problem. Still investigation. Thanks for posting answers...
