I believe you can run with the integrated stack of Tomcat and JBoss with
Apache, I don't know which is better (Jetty or Tomcat) but this worked for
me. I did have to recompile Apache so that it had support for loading
modules dynamically though.

As I understand it, you can do JBoss+Tomcat with stand alone Apache or
Apache+JServe+Tomcat with stand alone JBoss, but not all three together.
