I had Apache+JServ working before I even heard of JBoss. I used the link
listed above to get that done, but what some folks are asking for this and
other issues:
Where are the instructions to <insert problem> with JBoss
Technology innovation is always a balance between the folks who need to
know a thing can possibly be done, and those who just want to be shown how
to do it.
Frankly, it's the folks who are able to take the germ of an idea,
Apache+JBoss+Tomcat integration, then deliver the working model who become
the technology leaders.
But a significat portion of us just want a set of instructions derived from
that leadership. Both groups are needed to help a great technology grow.
