Yes, but with the JBoss-Tomcat bundle there is no configuration of
JBoss+Tomcat needed. So only the last portion of the instructions apply.

BTW, I asked this earlier and haven't gotten an answer. How do you restart
just Tomcat if it's been started with the run_with_tomcat.sh program?
