Sorry. The volume on the list is causing a lot to get dropped on the floor.
I don't believe you can restart only Tomcat if it's been started from
the JBoss embedded configuration (like with run_with_tomcat.sh). This
runs both JBoss and Tomcat in the same VM, so unless they have some
trigger (like a kill -HUP handler in the Good Old Days), I don't think
it's possible.
