This is the link to their earlier JDE mark that was cancelled 12/14/98 under
Section 8 http://tess.uspto.gov/bin/showfield?f=doc&state=bbbr0.2.3. Click
on the blue Check Status button for more information. The Section 8
cancellation was probably due to failure in the 5-6th year to send in an
affidavit showing that they were continuing to use the mark. My guess is
that they re-filed 8 months later when the oversight was noticed.
This is the link to the JDE mark that is currently allowed but not yet
published, filed 8/17/99.

period is over and a notice of allowance was sent out 5/15/01, so time to
