Hi Stephen,

Thanks for posting these links. They will be a head start if I can find a
lawyer willing to provide some free legal advice within the next few days.
If I can't find a lawyer or a lawyer advises me not to contest it, I will
start using the acronym JDEE (assuming it is not trademarked as well) as it
requires the minimum effort to comply. If I am forced to adopt a new
acronym, it would be great if I could get pro bono legal help to trademark
to prevent a recurrence of this issue.
