That's all very well but a lot of the time the client's real IP will be
something like 192.168.XXX.XXX or 10.xxx.xxx.xxx anyway. I didn't think
there was any reliable way of 'punching through' the proxy and especially
not any NAT firewall that could be involved, but I could be wrong.
