Hi Matt,

I think libsexy was not part of 2.22 arc case because it had already
been arced by Erwann in compiz arc
case(http://sac.sfbay/Archives/CaseLog/arc/LSARC/2008/115/proposal.txt).
So I think we do not need to worry about it for 2.24.
