Check out IBM's Tivoli TME 10 Enterprise console - they have
used PROLOG for the rules.
They have a fancy GUI to create Simple and Nested rules.
I spent sometime to check out if anybody had used CLIPS or JESS -
i din't come across any, if you do please let me know. You could
do a web search on "Event management" or "Messaging systems" to
check out on products which have used some sort of rules.
