There appears to be dependencies on Pluto by a number of projects. Should this not go
under the Commons project or be treated as such. Struts has done a good job migrating
functionality to Commons over time but it was painful changing imports as they did it.
Where does the name Pluto come from. I think of it as a big blue ice ball that's the
farthest planet from the sun. Big blue... Sun... I think I get it. I hope this is
not another *eclipse* naming convention. How 'bout something upbeat like *brick* to
reference its Lego nature.
