Hi,

today I installed jetspeed ... I really like its features ... it's exactly
what I was looking for ;)

I nevertheless came across some problems [I built from the current CVS-tree,
as of 2 hours ago ... ]

* When logging in as "admin", Click on "Customize" -> Change something,
Click "Save" ..... The "Admin-Toolkit"-thing disappears and there seems to
be no way to get this back.

* When using admin->jetspeed content and adding a new content-section, using
content-provider "JetSpeed" and topic "jetspeed" (for example), the changed
jetspeed-content.xml contains the following content-declaration
        <content version="1.0.0" xmlns="http://www.apache.org/2000/02/CVS">
instead of
        <content version="1.0.0">

which is contained in the original version .... this is not parsed
correctly, resulting in some garbage beeing displayed.

I don't know if that feature's just a hack or if you want a feature like
this (content-management using web-interface) in the final product. [Or if
you want to integrate another jakarta-project for this (don't even know if
one exists)].

If you want this feature in the final product, I'd offer some help in this
area as I'm having some experience in this topics - although I've never
before worked on open-source software.

Thanks for more information,
Ingo
