I fixed this in CVS for jcm, I'll fix the other namespace issues like PSML over
the week.
The issue was namespace collisions in the different XML, XSL and generated XML
files. I fixed everything to use a namespace URL within Jetspeed URL space and
also made these links work (that is you can fetch the xsd files from the web site).

BTW, for Ingo (schuster, we have 2 now :/ ), the xmlns declaration used
does not extends the XML namespace simply sets the default namespace for the
document.
