I can imagine the problem... The customizer doesn't care about access 
control, it just let's you choose all "ordenary" portlets - and it only 
saves them to the user.psml - no admin portlets. We need to get turbines 
security model _used_ in jetspeed and have to improve the customizer (I 
allow to quote myself: "it's very basic"). :-(

A colleague pointed this out to me as well. The xmlns part has been in the 
default.psml for a long time now, and I think that's the reason why we save 
it like this. However, I was told that extending the xml namespace is 
considered bad practice, if not forbidden. I'll ask my colleague for more 
details, and see how I can fix it.
