Could I ask you a question that strays from JFC??? In addition to de-cluttering my house, I help a great deal with the PTA at my daughter's middle school. I went from being the president for two years to now being the recording secretary and being the chairperson of a fundraiser that we are having for the PTA. The president of the PTA (who is a friend of mine, sort of), thinks that since we have spent the last 5 days going to area merchants soliciting merchandise for the Theme Tray auction (where you buy 25 tickets for 3.00 and put your ticket in the bag by the item you want to win), that we should get our tickets for free. She feels that the time we took away from our lives and families (and de-cluttering) is worth the free tickets. I am very uneasy about this and don't know what to do-sorry for going off the path, but I am really in a quandry over this. Any advise?
