It is sad to admit this but we live in a world where Fingers McGee may lie about why he is walking by the Wilson's house at a time when most people are at home. I live in a community where if someone is out walking after dark, they automatically appear suspicious. Maybe it depends on where you live, but in my neighborhood, if my son was out walking at midnight, I may not be concerned that he would do something wrong, but I would be concerned with his safety.
