Carolyn, Yes, you can create a MS-Word template using form fields, from which you'd generate the actual document that you fill in. It is trial and error to make it match whatever check format you're using. I'm presuming you've got single check on a page checks of some sort. The trial and error is mostly involved in getting the position of each of the form fields precisely where they need to be so that they transfer to the correct spots on the check when you print it.
