I have win 7 and jaws 15. After I rebooted I was able to access the status bar with insert 3 on the numb pad in both word and outlook express. As I've noticed over the past week with things like jaws voices and a frew other things different computers with the same programs interact with jaws differently. In some cases things other users do with the same equipment on a constant basis can't be duplicated on my computer with the same programs. Judith
