More erratic now. I changed that one setting in JAWS and when I replied to
an e-mail, all the text went in from right to left, very cool if you want to
spontaneously type backwards or work in other languages that are intended to
work that way. Not so great for communicating in English. When I changed the
JAWS setting back, my typing flipped back as well. Good thing or I wouldn't
be writing this.

I have seen this too, and only since upgrading. It happens everywhere, not
just in any particular application.

Turning off the option that forces the cursor to follow the braille display
eliminated the bug for me. (This option is off by default but I had turned
it on. Turning it off again was enough to work around the bug. I haven't yet
submitted a bug report.)
