My statements were to broad, simply for me, I try to not fuss as much and with websites I visit, it's a hit and miss, and as far as accessibility is concerned, I always hear at BOfA "We don't get mmany complaints" but they generally are nice to deal with the reps I'm referring too. The ATM machine with the braille instruction on them and the voice I began using a few weeks ago, it's awesome. Now my kids do not have to know how much money dad has in the bank lol.
