Hello Carolyn, These instructions are ones posted on this list previously, I have not used them myself, but they read to me like one copies the file name, and pastes it into one's C drive before beginning the repair. Perhaps the original poster, whom I apologize to for not being able to identify, could better respond to your query. Cheers Kevin.
