Thanks, Biill, you are right, and that is exactly what we did. The salesman at JAWS told me it would be ten dollars more. The same was true with Office 29013. I told Jim that I think that disks might be becoming a thing of the past to be replaced by thumb drives and external hard drives.
This computer has 1TB of working space and 12 gb hard drive. It's a dream. Thank you and all of you on the list for you help to get me ready. You don't need to get the latest version of JAWS from the disk. You can download it directly from FreedomScientific.com Bill White [email protected] ----- Original Message ----- From: "Carolyn Arnold via Jfw" <[email protected]> To: "The Jaws for Windows support list." <[email protected]> Cc: "Carolyn Arnold" <[email protected]> Sent: Thursday, August 06, 2015 7:01 PM Subject: Re: repairing jaws > What if 16 has to be repaired, if it has been downloaded, since the disk > costs ten dollars? > > Best to you from, > > Carolyn > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "Kevin Hourigan via Jfw" <[email protected]> > To: "'The Jaws for Windows support list.'" <[email protected]> > Cc: "Kevin Hourigan" <[email protected]> > Sent: Thursday, August 06, 2015 9:23 PM > Subject: RE: repairing jaws > > >> Sorry if this already has been answered, but I was not sure if it was the >> same request. >> Cheers Kevin. >> Repair Jaws 11, 12, 13, 14, or 15. >> 1.
