It seems to me that your jaws needs to be repaired. when I tried to do tandem while we were on the phone, jaws stopped speaking and then the tandem crashed, and I could not stay connected to your computer. it would be helpful if there was a sighted person on hand to help do the repair since I cannot stay connected to your computer through tandem. In order to repair jaws, we need to download jaws from the freedom scientific web site, and then run a repair. Is it hard for me to repaired jaws without sighter help and I'm hard of hearing ?
