Hello there, I need to know how to repaired Jaws 16 ? I never know how to repaired jaws and download from fs website but I have jaws 16 disc !! One of FS support was trying to do it for me but when she try to jaws tandem she couldn't stay connect because jaws crashed so she told me that I need to repaired jaws and download from FS website ! It seems to me that your jaws needs to be repaired. when I tried to do tandem while we were on the phone, jaws stopped speaking and then the tandem crashed, and I could not stay connected to your computer. it would be helpful if there was a sighted person on hand to help do the repair since I cannot stay connected to your computer through tandem. In order to repair jaws, we need to download jaws from the freedom scientific web site, and then run a repair. Is it hard for me to repaired jaws without sighter help and I'm hard of hearing ?
