Hi Keith,

With the zipped file highlighted, open the context menu by pressing the
applications key or shift + F10 if using the laptop layout. Arrow down to,
Extract All, press enter, tab to the extract button & press enter. Pay
attention to the various dialogue boxes as you tab through to get to the
extract button.
Take care.
Mike

Subject: How to unzip a file?

OK. Totally embarrassed here. I thought I knew how to do this in Windows 7,
but today at least I'm stumped.

I have downloaded a file which is zipped. How do I unzip it? Everything I've
done so far hasn't worked.

Thanks in advance. Keith
