OK, I am running the nightly from 12th Jan 2008. Via the SqueezeCenter
settings web page, I switched player.firmware logging to Info, and then
restarted SqueezeCenter.

Which log file should I be looking at? In \Program
Files\SqueezeCenter\server\logs, I see a file called "server.log", but
it has a modified date of 16th Nov 2007. Is there another log file I
should expect to see?

Interestingly, in the same folder, there's a file called "log.conf",
which I would guess holds the current log settings. And yet, on my
system it has a modified date of 6th Nov 2007. That would suggest that
the logging changes I made via the web interface haven't been recorded.
And indeed, going back into the Advanced tab in the web interface, I see
that the player.firmware setting is back to "warn", as it was before.

I'm wondering if possibly my SqueezeCenter installation has got into
some sort of weird state. I'm going to try uninstalling, wiping all
traces of SqueezeCenter from the PC, then starting again from scratch.
