I'm still having problems. Updating to the latest nightly of SC allowed me to restart the remote and get back to normal operation. However, when I try to update the firmware, I still get stuck forever on copying update, only now with no 0% or progress bar visible (but with the wheel spinning). Unlike before I can back out of that with the home key and get back to the main menu.
