Maybe this might be related to the fact that I've recently started using album artwork - I sometimes scroll through all the albums to cache the artwork into the Controller. I have certainly seen the icon suddently turn red while in the process of scrolling through (but certainly not always). With about 1150 albums and artwork averaging about 50kb per album, that would be about 55Mb. How much memory is in the Controller? (Perhaps it should be able to use an SD card for things like the artwork cache?)
