I am able to reproduce it whathever the sample file (I didn't test all
of them, I confess) with the new version on a debian stable(woody) P3
450Mhz with an exported display (don't know if it is important): the
atoms seem to collapse in the upper left corner. If a new file is open,
the atoms stay collapsed.
nb: this bug is completely different with what I mentioned before on the
Debian unstable.
I still have to try with a previous version.
