Egon, Well, the transformation matrices are pretty messed up. Q: Did you do any translations, or just rotation operations? Q: Is it possible that you are running a different version of javax.vecmath than the one that ships with Jmol? - the output of your printed matrices is different that what I get - the version that I have puts square brackets [ ... ] around the matrix - your output does not have square brackets around the matrices - I know that some newer versions of javax.vecmath do not use [ ... ] - I am running jars/vecmath1-1.12.jar This afternoon I will analyze the output some more and then check in some more debugging code. ¡Gracias!
