This behavior has been changed. The next pre-release will correct it.

It was intentionally done this way so that people would see
multiple-conformations in nmr pdb files.


I strongly argue to show all models on load by default. In fact, loading a multi Model NMR file in 10pre10g 2004/05/31 17:52 shows up only one model and I can't get access to the other models
