You can set the JAVA_HOME variable with the environment variables (see
e.g.
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;310519&sd=tech
for information, where you find the environment variables).

There you can also set JMOL_HOME, which is required ny jmol.bat (I e.g.
set it to workspace/Jmol-HEAD), so I can start it directly from eclipse.
