No, it is not. It only appears inside the documentation which refers to
Eclipse procedures (and in a comment by Egon in FileDropper.java and two
in README).
It DOES appear in build.xml (but in Jmol-web, not Jmol).
Jmol-web needs to know where is the Jmol source directory to get the
compiled documentation.
That's why I put it in Eclipse documentation because if you want to
build the website correctly you need to checkout Jmol as Jmol-HEAD in
the same directory.
