Hi Emily,
please be more specific what you mean by "make this code not work
properly", e.g.:
Does the applet start?
Are there any Javascript error messages?
Are there any Java error messages?
Could you name an URL where we could check directly what is going wrong?
Principally the lines you showed look the same as mine that I use with
Jmol 11.3.39 (e.g.:
http://www.fli-leibniz.de/cgi-bin/3d_mapping.pl?CODE=1deh).
