Ok, thanks I'll do that.  Unfortunately, I am behind a firewall.  I will do
some more digging (I just got back from vacation.) and see what more
information I can provide.  There is a public, production version, but it
uses 10.00, so I don't know how it will help you, except that the calls in
the html are the same I am using for 11.2:

I am using Jmol.js.  Thanks for the help so far.  It is helping me know

Emily, if possible, send us a link to a page that is not working. One 
thought -- Are you using Jmol.js? It is important that you do that. Not 
only does it vastly simplify the process, it gives us a way to quickly 
test websites. Jmol 11.4 is a significant advance over Jmol 11.2, so 
when that comes out (very soon), you will want to go straight to that.
