Bob,
        I got most of the special characters with replacement of them in  
file names set up.  I think I would like to also add the option of  
inline scripts, but lets save that for 11.8.

Exact file name is taken care of in the log.  Do you think that is  
good enough?

I wasn't going to allow hyphens, but can add that.

How bad is this?  Do I need to put a fix in?  Based on the way things  
are sometimes passed, I'm not sure how easy this is going to be.
