Robert, I put up a small demo for you: http://jmol.sf.net/demo/nanotech Should work from most browsers. (If you find one that does *not* work, please let me know.) I put a few buttons on there just to demonstrate a few things. They basically allow you to see the composition of the 'machines' by selecting specific atom types. Give me some examples of more interesting 'views' and I will be glad to add additional buttons.
