Tell my Netscape 4.79 version that when I right-mouse click
and select "About" and it says MDL Chemscape Chime(TM)
Version 2.6 SP2.... :-)

Ok, I think I understand now. It means I have to make up a master
page that includes the Jmol code as well as all of the URLs for all
of the PDBs that I would like to reference.

How big is Jmol anyway?!? (Or is it best to install it on the local
machine with all of the PDB files?)

Ok -- will investigate more.

We are using as prototypes the models developed by Merkle and Drexler
that are posted as PDB files at IMM.org. Two of the existing nanomachines
are not very too complicated but one of them (the Fine Motion Controller)
involves thinking about how it works quite a bit -- so we were looking
options to allow people to think about nanoparts for a while to kind
of build up enthusiasm for working on the software and later the design
of nanoparts themselves.

Got it.

Its ok -- I think I understand (I'm confusing the two models -- "plug-ins"
and "applets".

Got it.

Understood.

That was the confusing part -- I didn't realize there were two components.

Thanks,
