nice page.  worked ok in Safari 2.0.1 (OS 10.4.2).  I found the text layout a 
bit difficult to follow - some boxes or hrs might help to visually 
compartmentalize related elements. (page elements, not chemical elements ;-)

I posted a simple example of scrollable divs to this list some time ago. if you 
don't want to use divs, frames are your only other option.
