btw the error message is FileNotFound Exception, when i change the extension
from pdb to txt, jmol can load the file fine. So I thought it's the problem
of IIS 6.0 that doesn't server unknown extension, I tried to solve the
problem like this link http://support.microsoft.com/kb/326965 suggested.

however nothing changed, I still got the filenotfound exception from jmol.
