Hello Rolf,

I checked the folder and the pdb file is physically there. When I inserted
the address directly to the browser, the browser gave me "HTTP Error 404 -
File or directory not found." However, I could download other non pdb files
that located at the same directory fine when insert the addresses directly.
Just that I couldn't access/download the files with pdb extension.
The URL /path shown in the error message is correct. I'm using Jmol 10.2.10,
Im not sure if Im using the signed or unsigned applet, I just used the
normal jmolapplet0 - jmolapplet6 i got from firstglance.

thank you very much.

Is there also an error message in your IIS server logfiles? If not, Jmol
might be looking at the wrong place.(Have you checked if the filename/URL
shown in the error message iscorrect? Which Jmol version do you use? Do you
use the signed orunsigned applet?) Can you download the file if you enter it
directly in your browser? If yes, your changes in the server configuration
are obviously working. It would be good if you could name an URL for
testing. Regards,Rolf
