Bob, I've had some time to play with model kit mode, and I have four questions at this point in time: 1) Can hydrogen atoms be excluded from bonding to each other under the auto bond feature associated with model construction and minimization? The attempt below to construct NH3 from CH4 illustrates the problem:  2) In conjunction with the above question, is there a scripting hook to turn this feature (auto bond) on and off? 3) Generalizing the above point, do you have a list of model kit related scripting hooks (set commands) to control some of the menu features with external links or buttons? 4) Is a model kit load menu similar to the Jmol load menu command a possibility?
