Bob, thanks a lot for the comprehensive response. It's true, I am just working myself into the Jmol documentation and I need to build up a bit of intuition on what can be done how, I have no doubt that Jmol is powerful enough to provide us with a solution, it all depends on how to combine the functions. I haven't thought of the option to recalculate the boundbox after a structure has been rotated, it sounds quite helpful indeed. For the other points, I'll be going through them.
Once again, thanks again for the support. Btw, is it possible that Jmol works better with Safari than with Firefox under Mac OS X? I experience that it is not possible to zoom in/out under Firefox while with Safari its no problem. It contains a definitive record of application performance, security threats, fraudulent activity, and more. Splunk takes this data and makes sense of it. IT sense. And common sense. http://p.sf.net/sfu/splunk-d2d-c2 _______________________________________________ Jmol-users mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/jmol-users
